Bungee Jumping at Bloukrans Bridge, South Africa
Bloukrans Bridge is, according to Wikipedia, the worlds highest commercial bridge bungy. It is 216 meters above the Bloukrans river. We had the opportunity to bungy jump it while in South Africa, and it was a great experience. There is a write up on the experience on my blog, and the video is here:

African Penguins at Boulders Beach, Simons Town, South Africa
Boulders Beach is a National Park in Simon's Town, South Africa, which is about a 40 minute drive from Cape Town. It is a great place to see penguins up close, and definitely worth a visit. I posted on my blog here, and also here is a quick youtube video:
